Abstract
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical combination comprising (1) a first agent which is a CDK inhibitor or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and (2) a second agent which is a mTOR inhibitor or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

A method of treating ER+ breast cancer using a combination comprising a first agent that is a cyclin dependent kinase 4 or cyclin dependent kinase 6 (CDK4/6) inhibitor and a second agent that is an mTOR inhibitor.
A method of treating malignant rhabdoid tumor using a combination comprising a first agent that is a cyclin dependent kinase 4 or cyclin dependent kinase 6 (CDK4/6) inhibitor and a second agent that is an mTOR inhibitor.
