Abstract
Described herein are liquid cleansing compositions having a reduced slippery skin feel comprising a) surfactants comprising (i) an alkali metal or ammonium alkyl ether sulfate, (ii) a betaine surfactant and (iii) a fatty acid amide; and b) polyethylene glycol.
Claims18
An aqueous cleansing composition comprising:
- a) surfactants comprising (i) an alkali metal or ammonium alkyl ether sulfate, (ii) a betaine surfactant and (iii) a fatty acid amide;
- and
- b) polyethylene glycol,
- wherein the polyethylene glycol is present in an amount of 0.5 wt. % to 3 wt. %, and wherein the composition further comprises a fatty acid soap.
