Abstract
The present invention relates to isolated polypeptides having chlorophyllase activity, and polynucleotides encoding the polypeptides. The invention further relates to the use of such polypeptides in detergent and/or in cleaning processes. The invention also relates to nucleic acid constructs, vectors, and host cells comprising the polynucleotides as well as methods of producing the polypeptides.
Claims16
1-29. (canceled)
A composition comprising a polypeptide having at least 60% identity to SEQ ID NO:
- 2, wherein the polypeptide has chlorophyllase activity.
A nucleic acid construct or expression vector comprising a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide having at least 60% identity to SEQ ID NO:
- 2, wherein the polypeptide has chlorophyllase activity and wherein the polynucleotide is operably linked to one or more (several) control sequences that direct the production of the polypeptide in an expression host cell.
A process for treating a vegetable oil, comprising contacting the vegetable oil with a polypeptide having at least 60% identity to SEQ ID NO:
- 2, wherein the polypeptide has chlorophyllase activity.
