Abstract
A set of cutters for a mincer with at least one perforated disc (12, 14) and with a cutter holder (11, 13) able to be driven in a rotating manner by the shaft (15) of the mincer, wherein on the cutter holder (11, 13) several cutters (25, 26, 27, 28) are rotatably arranged about axes which are aligned parallel to the shaft (15) of the mincer.

A set of cutters for a mincer with at least one perforated disc (12, 14) and with a cutter holder (11, 13) able to be driven in a rotating manner by the shaft (15) of the mincer, characterized in that on the cutter holder (11, 13) several cutters (25, 26, 27, 28) are rotatably arranged about axes which are aligned parallel to the shaft (15) of the mincer.
