- a latch mechanism that includes:
- a remote latch actuator that is positioned remotely from a remote latch assembly and a keeper assembly, with the latch mechanism housed and accommodated within an enclosure.

- an opening for receiving a handle;
- lateral sides that include a set of protrusions that enable the housing to snap within an opening of an extrusion;
- the housing includes periphery that cover over the periphery of the opening;
- a set of slots with hook shaped profile that enable an interlocking distal end of the handle to snap into the slots;
- a cavity for housing a body of the handle and grip portion thereof;
- the handle includes:
- commensurately configures set of interlocking members that extend laterally from the interlocking distal ends of the handle, perpendicular the longitudinal axis of the handle, with the interlocking members extending beyond the slots and the periphery of the opening, resting against the extrusion body so that the pocket door handle assembly is not pulled out of the opening when the handle is pulled;
