A new and distinct Trifolium cultivar named ‘TFLRE04-0’ is disclosed, characterized by Unique deep red color, compact size, small leaf size and a 4 leaflet occurring rate of more than 40% of the plant. The new variety is a Trifolium, typically produced as an ornamental plant.
