Abstract
In one embodiment, a location of a mobile device may be obtained. A direction of movement of the mobile device may be ascertained. A field of vision of a user of the mobile device may be determined based, at least in part, on the location of the mobile device and the direction of movement of the mobile device. A user profile associated with the user and/or the mobile device may be identified. A notification may be provided via the mobile device based, at least in part, upon the user profile and the field of vision of the user.
Claims20
A method, comprising:
- obtaining a location of a mobile device;
- ascertaining a direction of movement of the mobile device;
- determining a field of vision of a user of the mobile device based, at least in part, on the location of the mobile device and the direction of movement of the mobile device;
- identifying a user profile associated with the user and/or the mobile device;
- and
- providing a notification via the mobile device based, at least in part, upon the user profile and the field of vision of the user.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing thereon computer-readable instructions, comprising:
- instructions for obtaining a location of a mobile device;
- instructions for ascertaining a direction of movement of the mobile device;
- instructions for determining a field of vision of a user of the mobile device based, at least in part, on the location of the mobile device and the direction of movement of the mobile device;
- and
- instructions for providing a notification via the mobile device based, at least in part, upon the field of vision of the user.
An apparatus, comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a memory, at least one of the processor or the memory being adapted for:
- obtaining a location of a mobile device;
- ascertaining a direction of movement of the mobile device;
- determining a field of vision of a user of the mobile device based, at least in part, on the location of the mobile device and the direction of movement of the mobile device;
- identifying a user profile associated with the user and/or the mobile device;
- and
- providing a notification via the mobile device based, at least in part, upon the user profile and the field of vision of the user.
