Abstract
Provided is an aqueous liquid composition including a water-based medium containing water, a polymer having at least one type of groups selected from hydroxyl groups and amino groups, and phosphonobutanetricarboxylic acid. The polymer is at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of a polysaccharide, polyamino acid, polyvinyl alcohol, polyallylamine, polyvinylamine, a polyamidine, a polyethylenimine, and their derivatives.

An aqueous liquid composition comprising:
- a water-based medium containing water, a polymer having at least one type of groups selected from hydroxyl groups and amino groups, and
- phosphonobutanetricarboxylic acid,
- wherein the polymer is at least one polymer selected from the group consisting of a polysaccharide, polyamino acid, polyvinyl alcohol, polyallylamine, polyvinylamine, a polyamidine, a polyethylenimine, and derivatives thereof.
