Aqueous coating composition and coating method using same

An aqueous coating composition, comprising:

• an aqueous dispersion of a modified polyolefin (A), an aqueous acrylic resin (B), and a blocked polyisocyanate compound (C) having at least one type of blocked isocyanate group selected from the group consisting of a blocked isocyanate group represented by the following general formula (I):
• (wherein, R1, R2, R4 and R5 independently represent a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms, and R3 represents a linear or branched alkylene group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms), a blocked isocyanate group represented by the following general formula (II):
• (wherein, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are the same as previously defined), and a blocked isocyanate group represented by the following general formula (III):
• (wherein, R2, R3, R4 and R5 are the same as previously defined and R6 represents a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms).
