Abstract
The invention relates to a catalyst support with an unsymmetrical multi-lobed cross-section in the shape of a helical extrudate having a rotational pitch comprised between 10 and 180° per mm. The invention also relates to a catalyst, a recovery mass or an adsorbent comprising said support. The invention also relates to the process for the preparation of said catalyst support in the shape of helical extrudates.
