Abstract
A composition comprising: a benefit agent; at least one polymer including a poly(monostearoyl glycerol-co-succinate) polymer; at least one lower alcohol; and at least one co-solvent; and a method for enhancing topical delivery of a benefit agent are disclosed.

A topical composition comprising:
- a benefit agent;
- at least one polymer including a poly(monostearoyl glycerol-co-succinate) polymer;
- at least one lower alcohol;
- and at least one co-solvent.

A topical composition comprising
- minoxidil in an amount from about 1% to about 5% by weight of the composition;
- a poly(monostearoyl glycerol-co-succinate) polymer in an amount from about 1% to about 5% by weight of the composition;
- ethyl alcohol in an amount from about 15% to about 25% by weight of the composition;
- and
- a co-solvent in an amount from about 10% to about 20% by weight of the composition.
