Abstract
The present invention provides an ophthalmological apparatus capable of displaying a plurality of fundus tomographic images. A photographing apparatus includes a fundus imaging unit adapted to capture a fundus image of a subject's eye, a scanning unit adapted to scan a desired position of the fundus of the subject's eye to capture tomographic images of the subject's eye, a measuring unit adapted to measure movement amounts of the fundus of the subject's eye by performing pattern matching between a plurality of feature points in the acquired fundus image and feature points in another fundus image newly acquired at a different time, and a control unit adapted to control the scanning unit based on the measured movement amounts.

An ophthalmologic apparatus, which measures movements of an eye to be inspected, the apparatus comprising:
- a scanning unit configured to scan measuring light to acquire first images of the eye to be inspected;
- a fundus image acquisition unit configured to acquire a plurality of fundus images of the eye to be inspected at different times, each fundus image of the plurality of fundus images including a plurality of partial areas, an acquisition rate of the first images being larger than an acquisition rate of the plurality of fundus images;
- a measuring unit configured to measure each movement of the movements corresponding to each partial area of the plurality of partial areas;
- and
- a control unit configured to control the scanning unit based on each measured movement.
A control method for an ophthalmologic apparatus, which measures movements of an eye to be inspected, the control method comprising steps of:
- acquiring a plurality of fundus images of the eye to be inspected at different times, each fundus image of the plurality of fundus images including a plurality of partial areas, an acquisition rate of first images of the eye to be inspected being larger than an acquisition rate of the plurality of fundus images;
- measuring each movement of the movements corresponding to each partial area of the plurality of partial areas;
- and
- controlling a scanning unit based on each measured movement, the scanning unit being adapted to scan measuring light to acquire the first images.
An ophthalmologic apparatus comprising:
- a first optical scanning unit configured to scan a first area in a fundus of an eye to be inspected with light;
- a generating unit configured to generate a fundus image of the eye to be inspected using a return light from the fundus scanned by the first optical scanning unit with the light;
- a second optical scanning unit configured to scan a second area smaller than the first area in the fundus with light at the same time of scanning the first area by the first optical scanning unit with the light;
- a setting unit configured to set a plurality of partial areas each of which is a part of the first area, in the first area;
- an acquiring unit configured to acquire an image of each of the plurality of partial areas by using the return light from the fundus before completing scanning one frame of the first area, during a time in which the first optical scanning unit scans the first area in the fundus with the light;
- a comparing unit adapted to compare the image of each of the plurality of partial areas with at least an image acquired by scanning the first area in the fundus with the light by the first optical scanning unit before starting the scanning the one frame of the first area;
- and
- a correcting unit adapted to correct a position scanned by the second optical scanning unit with the light using the comparing result of the comparing unit.
A method for controlling an ophthalmologic apparatus, the apparatus comprising (a) a first optical scanning unit adapted to scan a first area in a fundus of an eye to be inspected with light, and (b) a second optical scanning unit adapted to scan a second area smaller than the first area in the fundus with light at the same time of scanning the first area by the first optical scanning unit with the light, the method comprising the steps of:
- generating a fundus image of the eye to be inspected using a return light from the fundus scanned by the first optical scanning unit with the light;
- setting a plurality of partial areas each of which is a part of the first area, in the first area;
- acquiring an image of each of the plurality of partial areas by using the return light from the fundus before completing scanning one frame of the first area, during a time in which the first optical scanning unit scans the first area in the fundus with the light;
- comparing the image of each of the plurality of partial areas with at least an image acquired by scanning the first area in the fundus with the light by the first optical scanning unit before starting the scanning the one frame of the first area;
- and
- correcting a position scanned by the second optical scanning unit with the light using the comparing result.
An ophthalmologic apparatus comprising:
- a first optical scanning unit configured to scan a first area in a fundus of an eye to be inspected with light;
- a second optical scanning unit configured to scan a second area smaller than the first area in the fundus with light;
- an acquiring unit configured to acquire images of a plurality of partial areas which are a part of the first area by using the return light from the fundus before completing scanning one frame of the first area, during a time in which the first optical scanning unit scans the first area in the fundus with the light;
- and
- a correcting unit configured to correct a position scanned by the second optical scanning unit with the light, on the basis of the images and at least an image acquired by scanning the first area in the fundus with the light by the first optical scanning unit before starting the scanning the one frame of the first area.
A method for controlling an ophthalmologic apparatus, the apparatus comprising (a) a first optical scanning unit adapted to scan a first area in a fundus of an eye to be inspected with light, and (b) a second optical scanning unit adapted to scan a second area smaller than the first area in the fundus with light, the method comprising the steps of:
- acquiring images of a plurality of partial areas which are a part of the first area by using the return light from the fundus before completing scanning one frame of the first area, during a time in which the first optical scanning unit scans the first area in the fundus with the light;
- and
- correcting a position scanned by the second optical scanning unit with the light on the basis of the images and at least an image acquired by scanning the first area in the fundus with the light by the first optical scanning unit before starting the scanning the one frame of the first area.
