Abstract
A support winch, in particular for utility vehicle trailers, is configured to provide for a height adjustment, and comprises a steep thread drive, wherein the steep thread drive comprises a threaded spindle, wherein a pitch of the thread is adapted for rapid height adjustment.
Claims20
A support winch configured to provide height adjustment for a vehicle, comprising:
- at least one of a steep thread drive and high-helix drive;
- wherein the at least one of the steep thread drive and the high-helix drive comprises a spindle having a thread;
- and
- wherein a pitch of the thread is configured for rapid height adjustment.
A locking mechanism configured as a retraction stop for a support winch for supporting a vehicle, the support winch comprising a rotatable spindle, the locking mechanism comprising:
- at least two engagement regions configured to connect in at least one of a form-fitting manner and a force-fitting manner by moving the spindle along a longitudinal axis such that a rotation of the spindle is prevented.
A method for supporting a vehicle, comprising:
- providing a support winch with a spindle movable along a longitudinal axis;
- adjusting a height of the support winch by moving a spindle nut at least one of along and on the spindle;
- and
- locking the support winch by moving the spindle along the longitudinal axis, wherein the movement activates a locking mechanism.
A support winch configured to provide height adjustment for a vehicle, comprising:
- a first support pipe;
- a second support pipe telescopingly adjustable with respect to the first support pipe;
- and
- at least one of a steep thread drive and a high-helix drive, wherein the at least one of the steep thread drive and the high-helix drive comprises a spindle with a thread and a spindle nut arranged on the spindle;
- wherein a traveling distance of the spindle nut along a longitudinal axis of the spindle is greater than about 10 mm when the spindle is rotated by about 360°.
