## Abstract

Disclosed herein are methods for treating hair related disorders, including compounds that may be specific or modulate PPAR receptors.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method for treating or ameliorating a hair related condition in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering an effective amount to the subject of a composition comprising N-acetyl-(R)-(−)-3-(4-aminophenyl)-2-methoxypropionic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or N-oxide thereof; and an excipient.
