## Abstract

Some demonstrative embodiments include devices, systems and/or methods of communicating aggregate data units. For example, a device may include a wireless communication unit to communicate an aggregate data unit including a plurality of data units in an increasing order of sequence numbers assigned to the data units, such that a first data unit having a first sequence number always precedes a second data unit having a second sequence number, greater than the first sequence number.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A wireless apparatus including one or more processors having circuitry, the circuitry to cause a station to:
transmit an aggregate data unit including a plurality of data units in an increasing order of sequence numbers of said data units;
receive a block acknowledgement; and
in response to said block acknowledgement, retransmit unacknowledged data units in an increasing order of sequence numbers of said unacknowledged data units.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The wireless apparatus of claim 1, wherein said circuitry is to cause said station to retransmit said unacknowledged data units prior to other data units.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The wireless apparatus of claim 1, wherein each data unit in said aggregate data unit is to precede any other data unit having a sequence number greater than a sequence number of said data unit.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The wireless apparatus of claim 1, wherein said circuitry is to cause said station to, at a start of a Transmit Opportunity (TxOP) or a Service Period (SP), transmit the aggregate data unit having only a normal acknowledge (ACK) policy, if at least one frame in a last Physical Layer Protocol Data Unit (PPDU) did not require an immediate response.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The wireless apparatus of claim 1, wherein the aggregate data unit comprises an aggregate Medium Access Control (MAC) Protocol Data Unit (A-MPDU), said plurality of data units including a plurality of MAC Protocol Data Units (MPDUs).

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The wireless apparatus of claim 1, wherein said station is an originator station.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The wireless apparatus of claim 1, wherein said station is a Direct Multi Gigabit (DMG) station.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The wireless apparatus of claim 1 comprising:
a memory; and
one or more radios.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The wireless apparatus of claim 8 comprising one or more antennas.

### Claim 10

A method comprising:
transmitting an aggregate data unit including a plurality of data units in an increasing order of sequence numbers of said data units;
receiving a block acknowledgement; and
in response to said block acknowledgement, retransmitting unacknowledged data units in an increasing order of sequence numbers of said unacknowledged data units.

### Claim 11 (depends on 10)

The method of claim 10 comprising retransmitting said unacknowledged data units prior to other data units.

### Claim 12 (depends on 10)

The method of claim 10, wherein each data unit in said aggregate data unit is to precede any other data unit having a sequence number greater than a sequence number of said data unit.

### Claim 13 (depends on 10)

The method of claim 10 comprising, at a start of a Transmit Opportunity (TxOP) or a Service Period (SP), transmitting the aggregate data unit having only a normal acknowledge (ACK) policy, if at least one frame in a last Physical Layer Protocol Data Unit (PPDU) did not require an immediate response.

### Claim 14 (depends on 10)

The method of claim 10, wherein the aggregate data unit comprises an aggregate Medium Access Control (MAC) Protocol Data Unit (A-MPDU), said plurality of data units including a plurality of MAC Protocol Data Units (MPDUs).

### Claim 15

A product including one or more tangible computer-readable non-transitory storage media comprising computer-executable instructions operable to, when executed by at least one computer processor, enable the at least one computer processor to implement a method comprising:
transmitting an aggregate data unit including a plurality of data units in an increasing order of sequence numbers of said data units;
receiving a block acknowledgement; and
in response to said block acknowledgement, retransmitting unacknowledged data units in an increasing order of sequence numbers of said unacknowledged data units.

### Claim 16 (depends on 15)

The product of claim 15, wherein the method comprises retransmitting said unacknowledged data units prior to other data units.

### Claim 17 (depends on 15)

The product of claim 15, wherein each data unit in said aggregate data unit is to precede any other data unit having a sequence number greater than a sequence number of said data unit.

### Claim 18 (depends on 15)

The product of claim 15, wherein the method comprises, at a start of a Transmit Opportunity (TxOP) or a Service Period (SP), transmitting the aggregate data unit having only a normal acknowledge (ACK) policy, if at least one frame in a last Physical Layer Protocol Data Unit (PPDU) did not require an immediate response.

### Claim 19 (depends on 15)

The product of claim 15, wherein the aggregate data unit comprises an aggregate Medium Access Control (MAC) Protocol Data Unit (A-MPDU), said plurality of data units including a plurality of MAC Protocol Data Units (MPDUs).

### Claim 20 (depends on 15)
