## CPC

- G06F 3/0446: {using a grid-like structure of electrodes in at least two directions, e.g. using row and column electrodes}
- G06F 1/1643: {the display being associated to a digitizer, e.g. laptops that can be used as penpads (details related to the relative motion of the display enclosure with respect to the body enclosure, e.g. to move between laptop and tablet PC configuration G06F1/1615)}
- G06F 3/0412: {Digitisers structurally integrated in a display}
- G06F 3/0445: {using two or more layers of sensing electrodes, e.g. using two layers of electrodes separated by a dielectric layer}
- G06F 1/1626: {with a single-body enclosure integrating a flat display, e.g. Personal Digital Assistants [PDAs]}
- G06F 1/1686: {the I/O peripheral being an integrated camera}
- G06F 1/1688: {the I/O peripheral being integrated loudspeakers}
- G06F 2203/04102: Flexible digitiser, i.e. constructional details for allowing the whole digitising part of a device to be flexed or rolled like a sheet of paper
- G06F 2203/04103: Manufacturing, i.e. details related to manufacturing processes specially suited for touch sensitive devices
- G06F 2203/04112: Electrode mesh in capacitive digitiser: electrode for touch sensing is formed of a mesh of very fine, normally metallic, interconnected lines that are almost invisible to see. This provides a quite large but transparent electrode surface, without need for ITO or similar transparent conductive material
- G06F: ELECTRIC DIGITAL DATA PROCESSING (computer systems based on specific computational models G06N)

## Abstract

In an aspect, a display device including: an entire window, said entire window including a display area and a non-display area outside the display area; a display panel; a first adhesive layer disposed on the display panel; a touch screen panel disposed on the first adhesive layer; a first light blocking member disposed on the touch screen panel; a second adhesive layer disposed on the touch screen panel and the first light blocking member; and a protection window disposed on the second adhesive layer is provided.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A display device comprising:
an entire window, said entire window including a display area and a non-display area outside the display area;
a display panel including a plurality of display elements and displaying an image by using the plurality of display elements;
a first adhesive layer disposed on the display panel;
a touch screen panel disposed on the first adhesive layer;
a first light blocking member disposed on the touch screen panel;
a second adhesive layer disposed on the touch screen panel and the first light blocking member; and
a protection window disposed on the second adhesive layer,
wherein the touch screen panel is formed at the entire window.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The display device of claim 1, wherein the first light blocking member is disposed at the non-display area.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The display device of claim 2, wherein the first light blocking member is formed of a black pattern.

### Claim 4 (depends on 2)

The display device of claim 2, wherein the first light blocking member is formed of a color pattern for a design of the non-display area.

### Claim 5 (depends on 2)

The display device of claim 2, wherein the non-display area includes:
a first portion in which a speaker and a camera lens are disposed; and
a second portion in which a microphone and a function key are disposed.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The display device of claim 1, further comprising a second light blocking member disposed at the non-display area under the touch screen panel.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The display device of claim 1, further comprising a first coating layer disposed on the touch screen panel and the first light blocking member.

### Claim 8 (depends on 7)

The display device of claim 7, wherein the color pattern for the design is formed at a portion corresponding to the non-display area in the first coating layer.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The display device of claim 8, further comprising a second coating layer disposed on the first coating layer.

### Claim 10 (depends on 9)

The display device of claim 9, wherein the second coating layer is configured to improve reflectance of the color pattern.

### Claim 11 (depends on 9)

The display device of claim 9, further comprising a second light blocking member disposed at the non-display area under the touch screen panel.

### Claim 12 (depends on 1)

The display device of claim 1, wherein the plurality of elements are display elements selected from the group consisting of an organic light emitting display, a liquid crystal display, a field emission display, and a plasma display.

### Claim 13 (depends on 1)

The display device of claim 1, wherein the touch screen panel includes:
