Abstract
A semiconductor apparatus includes a pulse generation unit configured to detect a transition of an input signal and generate a preliminary pulse signal, and an error elimination unit configured to determine error of the preliminary pulse signal and output a signal as a pulse signal.

A noise elimination circuit of a semiconductor apparatus, comprising:
- a pulse generation unit configured to detect a transition of an input signal and generate a preliminary pulse signal;
- and
- an error elimination unit configured to determine an error of the preliminary pulse signal, and output a signal as a pulse signal.
A noise elimination circuit of a semiconductor apparatus, comprising:
- a pulse generation unit configured to detect a transition of an input signal and generate a preliminary pulse signal;
- and
- a filter configured to eliminate noise of the preliminary pulse signal and generate a pulse signal.
A noise elimination circuit of a semiconductor apparatus, comprising:
- a pulse generation unit configured to detect a transition of an input signal and generate a preliminary pulse signal;
- and
- a slicer configured to eliminate the preliminary pulse signal corresponding to a predetermined period and output a pulse signal.
