Power reception device, power transmission device and vehicle

A power transmission device that transmits electric power to a power reception device having a power reception coil in a contactless manner, with said power transmission device facing said power reception device, said power transmission device comprising:

• a core unit having a plate-like shape and including a side surface, an upper surface and a lower surface;
• a plate-like fixing member having said core unit housed therein;
• a power transmission coil formed to be spirally wound around a perimeter surface of said fixing member to surround a coil winding axis;
• and
• a temperature measuring unit for measuring a temperature of said core unit, wherein
• assuming that a side surface wound portion refers to a portion of said side surface of said core unit around which said power transmission coil is wound, and a center portion refers to a portion located at the center of said side surface wound portion in an extending direction of said coil winding axis and at the center of said core unit in a thickness direction, said temperature measuring unit is provided in at least one of a high-temperature region including said center portion of said core unit and a portion around said center portion, and a position on a surface of said fixing member that faces said high-temperature region.
