Abstract
Provided are a method and device for displaying content. The method includes: receiving, by a device, a setting input for reference content while content is displayed on a screen; displaying, on the screen of the device, a division line indicating division of the content included in a page that received the setting input; receiving a selection input on content divided based on the division line; and setting, as the reference content, the content selected based on the selection input.

A method of displaying content, the method comprising:
- receiving, by a device, a setting input for reference content while content is displayed on a screen;
- displaying, on the screen, a division line indicating division of the content included in a page that received the setting input;
- receiving a selection input for content divided based on the division line;
- and
- setting, as the reference content, the content selected based on the selection input.

- a user input configured to receive a setting input for reference content;
- a display configured to display content;
- and
- a controller configured to receive the setting input for the reference content while the content is displayed on the display, to display, on the display, a division line indicating division of the content included in a page that received the setting input, to receive a selection input for content divided based on the division line, and to set, as the reference content, the content selected based on the selection input.
