Abstract
A base material-carried catalyst including a base material, a cured body of a thermosetting resin formed on the surface of the base material, fine particles having catalytic activity carried on the surface of the cured body, in which the thermosetting resin has a phenolic hydroxyl group.

A base material-carried catalyst comprising:
- a base material;
- a cured body of a thermosetting resin formed on the surface of the base material;
- and
- fine particles having catalytic activity carried on the surface of the cured body,
- wherein the thermosetting resin has a phenolic hydroxyl group.

- a step of preparing a base material;
- and
- a step of forming a cured body of a thermosetting resin on the surface of the base material and carrying fine particles having catalytic activity on the surface of the cured body,
