Abstract
Various weight racks, plate racks, jerk blocks, and methods are disclosed. In some embodiments, the weight racks comprise one or more weight stands that can be connected and disconnected and that comprise rolling elements that allow free movement of the weight stands. In some embodiments, plate racks that allow weight plates to be rolled into and out of them are provided. In some embodiments, jerk blocks that are height adjustable without stacking are provided.

A roll-in/roll-out bumper plate rack comprising:
- a plate rack base configured to reside on a floor and
- a cradle;
- wherein the plate rack base is configured to allow a weight plate to roll into the cradle via the circumferential periphery of the weight plate without lifting of the weight plate off the floor, and
- wherein the cradle is configured hold the weight plate and to inhibit forward or backward rolling of the weight plate along the circumferential portion of the weight plate.

A weight plate rack comprising:
- a weight plate rack base configured to reside on a floor;
- a cradle comprising:
- an external ramp configured to allow a first weight plate to roll from the floor into the weight plate rack base and into the cradle;
- an internal ramp configured to allow the first weight plate to roll out of the cradle portion and out of the weight plate rack to the floor;
- a frame extending from the weight plate rack base and comprising:
- a buttress member extending away from the floor above the base to a top portion of the frame and configured support the top portion of the frame and to abut a weight plate, maintaining the weight plate in the substantially vertical position;
- and
- at least one divider configured to attach at the weight plate base and to extend to the top portion of the frame, wherein the divider is configured to guide a weight plate into the cradle from the external ramp and to abut the weight plate once inside the weight plate is in the cradle;
- wherein the plate rack base is configured to allow a weight plate to roll into the cradle via the circumferential periphery of the weight plate without lifting of the weight plate, and
- wherein the cradle is configured hold the weight plate and to inhibit forward or backward rolling of the weight plate along the circumferential portion of the weight plate.
