Abstract
There is provided a microchip including a reaction region and a detection region connected to the reaction region by a flow passage, the detection region including copper.
Claims20
A microchip comprising:
- a reaction region;
- and
- a detection region connected to the reaction region by a flow passage, the detection region including copper.
A method of detecting a nucleic acid with a microchip, the method comprising:
- moving a reacted nucleic acid from a reaction region of the microchip to a detection region of the microchip;
- and
- detecting fluorescence of the reacted nucleic acid after contacting the reacted nucleic acid with copper contained in the detection region.
A method of manufacturing a microchip, the method comprising:
- providing a reaction region;
- and
- providing a detection region that is connected to the reaction region by a flow passage, the detection region including copper.
