Abstract
The present invention relates to an optical film and method of manufacturing the same. The optical film of the present invention includes an acrylic resin and a core-shell type graft copolymer wherein the core includes a conjugate diene rubber, and the shell includes an acrylic monomer, an aromatic vinyl monomer, and a maleimide monomer.

A method of manufacturing an optical film, the method comprising:
- preparing a resin composition comprising an acrylic resin and a core-shell type graft copolymer, wherein the core comprises a conjugate diene rubber, and the shell comprises an acrylic monomer, an aromatic vinyl monomer, and a maleimide monomer, and
- using the resin composition to form the film.
A retardation film comprising:
- an acrylic resin, and
- a core-shell type graft copolymer wherein the core comprises a conjugate diene rubber, and the shell comprises an acrylic monomer, an aromatic vinyl monomer, and a maleimide monomer.
A method of manufacturing a retardation film, the method comprising:
- preparing a resin composition including an acrylic resin and a core-shell type graft copolymer wherein the core comprises a conjugate diene rubber, and the shell comprises an acrylic monomer, an aromatic vinyl monomer, and a maleimide monomer,
- using the resin composition to form the film, and
- uniaxially or biaxially stretching the film.
