Abstract
The present invention involves a roofing assembly of a plurality of structural components arranged unattached as a frame in a mold. The frame is sprayed with foam and the structural components are encapsulated within the foam.
Claims20
A roofing or ceiling assembly comprising:
- a frame comprising a plurality of structural members encapsulated within a second composite material.
A method of manufacturing a roof or ceiling for manufactured housing or a recreational vehicle comprising the steps of:
- arranging a plurality of structural members within a mold defining the exterior of the roof or ceiling;
- and
- providing a second composite material within the mold to encapsulate the structural members.
