- a struck body comprising a struck head portion that has predetermined elasticity to be struck by a performer, and an annular frame portion that supports a circumferential portion of the struck head portion and has higher rigidity than the struck head portion;
- and
- at least one sucker member attached to the frame portion of the struck body and sucking the struck body onto the drumhead.
A drum silencer, adapted to be attached to an acoustic drum, the drum silencer comprising:
- a struck body comprising a struck head portion that has predetermined elasticity and an annular frame portion that supports a circumferential portion of the struck head portion;
- and
- a plurality of sucker members attached to the frame portion of the struck body and sucking the struck body to a drumhead of the acoustic drum,
- wherein the struck body is installed to the drumhead through the plurality of sucker members that are disposed along a circumferential direction of the frame portion.
