Abstract
An apparatus for cutting, peeling, and/or slicing is provided. The apparatus includes a frame, a handle, a blade, and one or more scoring elements near the blade. The scoring elements are provided to score the item before being cut/peeled/sliced by the blade. The apparatus can be provided with one or more adjusters for adjusting the blade and/or one or more of the scoring elements. A corresponding method for cutting, peeling, and/or slicing is also provided.

An apparatus comprising:
- a frame;
- a blade supported by the frame;
- and
- a scoring element supported by the frame near the blade, the scoring element having a scoring edge projecting above the blade to cut into an item before being cut by the blade.
