Method and device for controlling uplink transmit power in wireless access system

A user equipment controlling uplink transmit power in a wireless access system supporting carrier aggregation, the user equipment comprising:

• an RF (radio frequency) unit configured to transceive a radio signal;
• and
• a processor which is configured to:
• receive a first TA value and a second TA value for a first TAG (timing advance group) containing one or more component carriers and a second TAG containing one or more component carriers, respectively;
• adjust uplink transmission timing of the first TAG and uplink transmission timing of the second TAG using the first TA value and the second TA value, the processor;
• if maximum transmit power of the user equipment exceeds a power control requirement in a region in which subframes different from each other are overlapped except a transient period of a first component carrier group and a second component carrier group, configured to reconfigure the transient period;
• and
• control the uplink transmit power according to the reconfigured transient period.
