The present invention teaches a technology that helps a person with ordinary skills in the art to find, evaluate and produce the perfect silver bullet for safely exterminating unwanted and pathogenic and deadly organisms while contributing positively to a sustainable future ecosystem for all living things and Mother Earth. This advanced, innovative and unique state-of-the-art method enables anyone (including persons with ordinary skills in the art) attempting to discover, identify, select and produce desirable biocidal bioavailable pure silver particles and ions that are indefinitely clear, non-toxic, safe, ultra-small (size=0.04-0.99 mnm mini-nanometers) antimicrobial solutions for pure liquid or atomized (air borne gaseous silver particles produced by a spritzer, atomizer or fogger) implementation that are customized for completely annihilating specific targeted unwanted, pathogenic, deadly and/or disease causing organisms. These perfect silver bullets may be used as “exterminator solutions” and other appropriate special applications to forestall, prevent and inhibit undesirable chemical/biological changes, microbial/bacterial actions, plus retard decomposition or other negative biological or environmental changes (such uses could include: disinfection, sterilization, preservation, mold eradication and fungus extermination agents). These custom formulated substances and solutions can: (a) completely and safely annihilate many unwanted and/or pathogenic organisms that are contributing to dangerous and deadly pandemic conditions throughout the world. The targeted unwanted and/or pathogenic organisms include the following: Gram Negative and Gram Positive Pathogenic Bacteria, Gram Indeterminant Bacteria, Viruses, Killer Molds and Dangerous Fungi; (b) continually prevent or inhibit unwanted microbial and pathogenic growths; (c) save and/or keep things from decaying, decomposition, deterioration, spoiling, putrefication or fermentation; (d) safely resist or retard natural destructive processes; and, (e) be used as embalming medical devices to significantly retard the carious destructive processes of nature with custom anti-microbial properties. These formulations are comprised of ultra-fine extremely minute mini-nano-sized (nearly atom-sized low-voltage produced silver particles from 0.04 to 0.99 mnm mini-nanometers in diameter) that are clear color-less colloidal silver particles and ions in ultra-pure distilled water resulting in stable suspended preparations. The formulations can be used as medical devices suitable for replacing dangerous and toxic biocidal and antimicrobial chemicals, compounds and solutions, embalming agents, disinfectants and preservatives. There are Nine (9) Key Restrictive Component Embodiments that are integral, inter-dependent, inter-related and inseparable embodiments of this method and invention. The First Restrictive Component Embodiment is the primary restrictive embodiment requirement for producing “ideal” tiny pure single individual bioavailable silver mini-nanoparticles by a low-voltage (>26 volts DC current only) colloidal silver generator. The Second Embodiment stipulates that the silver mini-nanoparticles must be suspended in a solution of super-distilled (less than 2 ppm) aqueous pure water medium. The Third Embodiment is the smallness of the silver particles and ions sizes. It is considered the most important of all of the nine embodiments. The smallness of size that yields the best results usually ranges from 0.04 mnm to 0.99 mnm (mini-nanometers). The Fourth Embodiment (which is second in importance) is the total ideal number of bioavailable single individual mini-silver particle and ion parts per million (bsimsppipm) of individual single unattached (not bonded, combined or related to any other element) bioavailable pure mini-nanosized silver particles. The Fifth Embodiment is a vital component of this invention. It constitutes of maintaining a consistently high biocidal ideal kill ratio that results in a lethal cold high-level annihilation agent that kills greater than ninety percent (>90%). The Sixth Embodiment is an ideal death curve of the specific targeted organisms (immediately on contact, or in <5 minutes to 24 hrs). The Seventh Embodiment comprises the absolutely crystal clarity (clear, non-colored particles) of the solutions, and also includes conducting field studies. The Eighth Embodiment is the capability of the biocidal solutions for selective genocide, (i.e., the silver particles only eliminate, annihilate or kill targeted unwanted and/or pathogenic organisms), and are harmless to friendly probiotics. The Ninth Embodiment means that the biocidal applicational use of the silver particle solutions does not produce any toxic waste, and contributes positively to a sustainable future. All Nine when implemented together are important key aspects and components of the advanced technologies behind this invention in order to obtain the desired Ideal Kill Ratios and Ideal Death Curve results needed as well as to get the important Selective Genocide Outcomes.
