A display device comprising:
- a display portion to maintain a display state in accordance with a voltage applied thereto;
- and
- a plurality of light transmission regions adjacent to the display portion at positions corresponding to a plurality of light sources arranged over the display portion.
An apparatus comprising:
- a display portion to maintain a display state in accordance with a voltage applied thereto;
- a lighting display including a plurality of light sources;
- and
- a plurality of light transmission regions adjacent to the display portion at positions corresponding to the plurality of light sources arranged over the display portion.
