An electromechanical apparatus for evacuating buildings in the event of a fire includes a reel that has, rolled up on it, a mooring cable that longitudinally passes through the inside of a rigid tube, ending in an evacuation harness, where an individual will be secured. The weight of the individual makes it possible to rock the tube and a lever that has a braking disc and which acts on a brake disc that allows, by means of a mechanical transmission system, the braking and/or retention of the reel and consequently the descent of the individual. There is a radio-control unit and a standalone electric and electronic safety system that is activated when the speed of descent of the individual is too great. The apparatus allows evacuation and can be reused, once used. The apparatus carries away, brakes, retains and evacuates the individual making use of the electromechanical apparatus.
Electromechanical apparatus for saving people from fires in buildings, provided with a main mechanical system, complemented by other electromechanical system, that in combination with the weight of the person or people, allows the evacuation of this/these (descent and braking) at a moderate speed, from any height of a building by the facade, to the ground in the event of a fire, danger or similar emergency, characterized in that it comprises a rigid tube (1) that supported in a lever (14) rocks it, this presses braking discs (4 and 6) and a brake disc (5), and this transmits the behavior and force received to a reel (9) that has, rolled up on it, a mooring cable (36), which longitudinally passes through the inside of the rigid tube (1), ending in an evacuation harness wherein the people to be evacuated are engaged.
Electromechanical apparatus for saving people from fires in buildings, according to preceding claims, characterized in that it is provided with a main base (15) holding a base (2), from which a swivel mounting (20) hangs with ears (21 and 22), which are passed through by bolts (16 and 17) that support a retaining ring (18) where the rigid tube (1) is welded, which incorporates;
Electromechanical apparatus for saving people from fires in buildings, according to preceding claims, characterized in that it is provided with a lever (14) attached to the main base (15), by means of a holder (10) with a bolt (11), and being supported at one of its ends in the bush (38), and at the other, holds a support (3) with a upper braking disc (4), in contact with a brake disc (5) incorporating markers (71), and resting on a lower braking disc (6) with a support (7) threaded in a clamping screw (8), which is welded in the lower part of the main base (15), and in the upper part, there are washers (37) with a nut (13) and lock nut (52) incorporating a screw (12) passing through the lever (14) and the main base (15), allowing, in combination of all the aforementioned, the resultant force applied on the rigid tube (1), caused by the weight of the person or people during the descent, to transmit by means of swinging and regulation of the lever (14), to the entire brake system.
Electromechanical apparatus for saving people from fires in buildings, according to preceding claims, characterized in that it is provided with a support (58) supporting a gearbox (63) which has coupled a motor (64) and an shaft (62) passing through a clutch (61), and this, in turn, is in contact with the brake disc (5), by means of a pinion (51) coupled to a diversion (40) incorporating an encoder (73) and a shaft (72) holding a reel (9) having a support (54) welded into the main base (15).
Electromechanical apparatus for saving people from fires in buildings, according to preceding claims, characterized in that it is provided with a support (55) welded by the upper part of the main base (15), and holding electric pistons (56 and 57) and electromagnets (49 and 50), all in contact with springs (41, 42, 43 and 44) held in the support of the upper braking disc (3), and protected by cases (45, 46, 47 and 48).
Electromechanical apparatus for saving people from fires in buildings, according to preceding claims, characterized in that it has detectors (66 and 67), secured by a detector holder (65), which are welded into the main base (15) by its lower part.
Electromechanical apparatus for saving people from fires in buildings, according to preceding claims, characterized in that it is provided with a holder (39) welded into the main base (15) by its lower part and holding a regulator (70) which incorporates detectors (68 and 69).
Electromechanical apparatus for saving people from fires in buildings, according to preceding claims, characterized in that it has a radio-control unit (74) in connection with the electromechanical apparatus, by means of an electric and electronic cabinet (77), in communication with an uninterruptible power supply system (75) with batteries (76) and a warning light (79).
