Abstract
There is provided a nickel powder for internal electrodes satisfying the following equation: 0.8≦b*D*ρ/6≦1.0 wherein a specific surface area of the nickel powder is defined as b, an average particle size of the nickel powder is defined as D, and a density of the nickel powder is defined as ρ.
Claims13
A nickel powder for internal electrodes satisfying the following equation:
- 0.8≦b*D*ρ/6≦1.0 wherein a specific surface area of the nickel powder is defined as b, an average particle size of the nickel powder is defined as D, and a density of the nickel powder is defined as ρ.
A multilayer ceramic capacitor comprising:
- a ceramic body including dielectric layers;
- a plurality of internal electrodes formed in the ceramic body, having the dielectric layers interposed therebetween, and including a nickel powder;
- and
- external electrodes formed on external surfaces of the ceramic body and electrically connected to the internal electrodes,
- wherein when a specific surface area of the nickel powder is defined as b, an average particle size of the nickel powder is defined as D, and a density of the nickel powder is defined as ρ, the nickel powder satisfies the following equation:
- 0.8≦b*D*ρ/6≦1.0.
