Abstract
A method and apparatus for communicating information and e-shopping signals between servers within a closed circuit e-commerce, and between servers and shopping terminals via main router and interface of a building, propagating the information and e-shopping signals via at least one twisted pair including ASK and FSK modulated data and commands including high speed updating signals for updating the content and programs of said e-commerce stored in the shopping terminals. A delivery station for picking up and deliver the ordered merchandise located within the building or outside the building using delivery devices, and storage devices for verifying the pickup and deliver with no error.

A method for propagating information signals for linking a plurality of servers within a closed circuit e-commerce comprising at least one e-provider server and at least one building server linked via at least one network for exchanging e-shopping signals via at least one interface of a main router with at least one shopping terminal connected through at least one of internal communication lines of said building to said main router, said shopping terminal comprising a terminal memory for storing updated programs and content of said closed circuit e-commerce and a CPU for recalling and operating a shopping display screen for choosing and ordering at least one of services and merchandise stored in said terminal memory;
- said e-provider including at least one of delivery station and a shop in one of said building and distant operated via at least one of storage devices and smart delivery devices for displaying particulars of said order and the ordering dweller for eliminating gathering of merchandise and delivery errors and for executing payment for said delivery, wherein said payment is transacted by one of a central entity and an e-payment provider and is subject to acknowledgement of said delivery by said dweller via one of said delivery devices and said shopping terminal of said dweller, said method comprising the steps of:
- a. recalling and operating said shopping display screen for said choosing and ordering at least one of services and merchandise;
- b. propagating shopping signals comprising a completed order to said provider server;
- c. displaying the received order and apartment particulars onto a display screen of said delivery device;
- d. gathering into said delivery device at least one of verified item of service and merchandise;
- e. delivering said verified item to a dweller of said apartment;
- f. propagating said acknowledgement to said building server via one of said shopping terminal through said internal communication lines and directly by keying a code via said delivery device.
