Abstract
A control device that controls a vehicle drive device in which a first engagement device, a rotating electrical machine, a second engagement device, and an output member are sequentially arranged in this order from an input member side on a power transmission path that connects the input member drivingly coupled to an internal combustion engine to the output member drivingly coupled to wheels. The control device controls both the first engagement device and the second engagement device to a slip engaged state, and causes the rotating electrical machine to generate electric power.

A control device that controls a vehicle drive device in which a first engagement device, a rotating electrical machine, a second engagement device, and an output member are sequentially arranged in this order from an input member side on a power transmission path that connects an input member drivingly coupled to an internal combustion engine to the output member drivingly coupled to wheels, wherein the control device executes a slip drive mode in order to control both the first engagement device and the second engagement device to a slip engaged state, and to control a rotational speed of the rotating electrical machine to a value that is lower than a rotational speed of the input member and higher than a rotational speed of the output member.
