Abstract
A hockey goalie blocker pad for use with a hockey goalie blocker. The blocker pad has a substantially rectangular volume having four sides, a top surface, and a bottom surface opposite the top surface; the bottom surface has a curved shape adapted to coincide with the curved shape of a top surface of the goalie blocker, to thereby fit snugly there against. The top surface is substantially flat and includes a hook surface including hook material thereon and adapted to interact with a surface of a practice hockey ball having loop material thereon, and a connector member adapted to securely and removably attach the blocker pad to the blocker.
Claims19
A hockey goalie blocker pad for use with a hockey goalie blocker, said blocker pad comprising a substantially rectangular volume having four sides, a top surface, and a bottom surface opposite said top surface;
- said bottom surface having a curved shape adapted to coincide with the curved shape of a top surface of said goalie blocker, to thereby fit snugly there against;
- said top surface being substantially flat and including a hook surface including hook material thereon and adapted to interact with a surface of a practice hockey ball having loop material thereon;
- and a connector member adapted to securely and removably attach said blocker pad to said blocker.
A combination of a hockey goalie blocker pad and a hockey ball, said blocker pad comprising a substantially rectangular volume having four sides, a top surface, and a bottom surface opposite said top surface;
- said bottom surface having a curved shape adapted to coincide with the curved shape of a top surface of said goalie blocker, to thereby fit snugly there against;
- said top surface being substantially flat and including a hook surface including hook material thereon and adapted to interact with a surface of a practice hockey ball having loop material thereon;
- and a connector member adapted securely and removably attach said blocker pad to said blocker;
- and said hockey ball having a surface formed from a loop material adapted to become releasably attached to said hook material of said top surface of said blocker pad, such that said blocker pad can be used to block said hockey ball without said hockey ball rebounding far away from a goalie.
A combination of a hockey goalie blocker, a hockey goalie blocker pad, and a hockey ball, said goalie blocker including a top surface having a curved shape;
- said blocker pad comprising a substantially rectangular volume having four sides, a top surface, and a bottom surface opposite said top surface;
- said bottom surface having a curved shape adapted to coincide with said curved shape of said top surface of said goalie blocker, to thereby fit snugly there against;
- said top surface being substantially flat and including a hook surface including hook material thereon and adapted to interact with a surface of a practice hockey ball having loop material thereon;
- and a connector member adapted securely and removably attach said blocker pad to said blocker;
- and said hockey ball having a surface formed from a loop material adapted to become releasably attached to said hook material of said top surface of said blocker pad, such that said goalie blocker and said blocker pad can be used to block said hockey ball without said hockey ball rebounding far away from a goalie.
