Abstract
A method and apparatus for indicating a handover in a wireless communication system is provided. A mobile relay node (RN) receives an indication which indicates that there is no eNB supporting relay within neighbor cells from a donor eNodeB (cNB) serving the mobile relay node, and transmits a handover command message to user equipments (UEs).
Claims10
A method for indicating a handover in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- receiving, by a mobile relay node (RN), an indication which indicates that there is no eNB supporting relay within neighbor cells from a donor eNodeB (eNB) serving the mobile relay node;
- and
- transmitting, by a mobile relay node, a handover command message to user equipments (UEs).
A method for indicating a handover in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- receiving, by a mobile relay node (RN), an indication which indicates whether a macro eNB supports relay from the macro eNB;
- detecting, by a mobile relay node, whether the macro eNB supports relay or not;
- and
- transmitting, by a mobile relay node, a handover command message to user equipments (UEs).
A mobile relay node in a wireless communication system, the mobile relay node comprising:
- a radio frequency (RF) unit for transmitting or receiving a radio signal;
- and
- a processor, operatively coupled to the RF unit, and configured for:
- receiving an indication which indicates that there is no eNB supporting relay within neighbor cells from a donor eNodeB (eNB) serving the mobile relay node;
- and
- transmitting a handover command message to user equipments (UEs).
