Claims5
A method for selecting a treatment strategy in a patient, comprising:
- (a) contacting a peptide microarray with a bodily fluid sample from a patient under conditions to promote binding of antibodies present in the bodily fluid sample with peptides on the microarray, wherein the peptide microarray comprises a plurality of mutant tumor polypeptides;
- (b) detecting one or more positive peptides on the microarray that bind to antibodies in the bodily fluid sample, wherein such positive peptides can be as a vaccine to treat the tumor in the patient.
