Abstract
A circuit includes a comparator unit and a switching network. The comparator unit is configured to receive a first voltage value, a second voltage value and a third voltage value of a voltage node, and to provide a control signal. The switching network includes the voltage node and is configured to operate in a first condition or in a second condition based on the control signal. Based on the first condition, the voltage node is configured to have a voltage value increase to the first voltage value. Based on a second condition, the voltage node is configured to have a voltage decrease to the second voltage

A circuit comprising:
- a comparator unit configured to receive a first voltage value, a second voltage value, and a third voltage value of a voltage node, and to provide a control signal;
- and
- a switching network having the voltage node and configured to operate in a first condition or in a second condition based on the control signal, wherein based on the first condition, the voltage node is configured to have a voltage value increase to the first voltage value, and, based on a second condition, the voltage node is configured to have a voltage decrease to the second voltage value.
A circuit comprising:
- a resistive branch configured to receive a current, and to provide a first voltage value and a second voltage value;
- a comparator unit configured to receive the first voltage value, the second voltage value, and a voltage value of a voltage node, and to provide a control signal;
- and
- a switching network having the voltage node and configured to operate in a first condition or in a second condition based on the control signal,
- wherein
- based on the first condition, the voltage node is configured to have a voltage value increase to the first voltage value, and, based on the second condition, the voltage node is configured to have a voltage decrease to the second voltage value.
A method comprising:
- charging a voltage to a first voltage value and discharging the voltage to a second voltage value to acquire a time period of the voltage;
- establishing a relationship between the time period of the voltage and temperature;
- and
- based on a known time period and the relationship, acquiring a temperature corresponding to the known time period or, based on a known temperature and the relationship, acquiring a time period corresponding to the known temperature.
