Abstract
A laundry treating appliance for treating a load of laundry according to an automatic cycle of operation includes a cabinet and a vessel, such as a tub or drum, suspended within the cabinet. An embossed pattern is provided on at least one wall or panel of the cabinet to complement the outer peripheral shape of the vessel.

A laundry treating appliance for treating laundry according to an automatic cycle of operation comprising:
- a cabinet having at least one planar panel defining an interior, the at least one planar panel lying along a major plane;
- a vessel suspended within the interior and having an outer periphery with a curved portion;
- an embossed pattern provided on the at least one panel and having an embossed formation complementary to the curved portion.
