A compound selected from:
- wherein:
- R1a and R1b are each independently an amine protecting group;
- or R1a is an amine protecting group and R1b is H;
- R1c is —C(O)O(C1-C6)alkyl wherein —C(O)O(C1-C6)alkyl is optionally substituted with one or more halogen or (C1-C6)alkoxy;
- R2 is —SMe or imidazol-1-yl;
- and
- R4 is —SO2(C1-C6)alkyl or —SO2aryl, wherein —SO2(C1-C6)alkyl is optionally substituted with one or more halogen, and wherein —SO2aryl is optionally substituted with one or more halogen, (C1-C6)alkyl or NO2;
- and salts thereof;
- provided the compound is not:
