Abstract
Concentrated surfactant compositions, and more specifically, concentrated low pH compositions comprising sulfated surfactants. Methods of making and using the same.
Claims20
A concentrated surfactant composition comprising:
- a. at least about 50% substantially neutralized anionic sulfated surfactant;
- and
- b. from about 5% to about 30% of a water-soluble organic acid;
- wherein the composition has a pH of from about 2 to about 6.9 when measured in an aqueous 10% solution of the composition.

A concentrated surfactant composition comprising:
- a. at least about 50% essentially complete neutralized anionic sulfated surfactant selected from alkyl sulfate, alkyl ethoxylated sulfate, and mixtures thereof;
- b. from about 5% to about 30% of lactic acid;
- and
- c. from about 15% to about 25% water;
- wherein the composition has a pH of from about 3 to about 5 when measured in an aqueous 10% solution of the composition.
