Photosensitive Resin Composition for Color Filter and Color Filter Using the Same

A photosensitive resin composition for a color filter, comprising:

• (A) a squaraine dye including at least one selected from compounds represented by the following Chemical Formulae 1 and 2;
• (B) an alkali soluble resin;
• (C) a photopolymerizable monomer;
• (D) a photopolymerization initiator;
• and
• (E) a solvent:
• wherein, in Chemical Formulae 1 and 2,
• R1, R3, R5, R7, R9, R11, R13, R15, R17, R19, and R21 are each independently a single bond, —O—, —NH—, —CO—, —COO—, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C20 alkenylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C20 alkynylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkoxylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C20 cycloalkylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C20 cycloalkenylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C20 cycloalkynylene group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 arylene group,
• R2, R4, R6, R8, R10, R12, R14, R16, R18, R20, and R22 are each independently hydrogen atom, a hydroxy group, a (meth)acrylate group, —O—COR wherein R is hydrogen, or a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl group, —NH—COR′ wherein R′ is hydrogen, or a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl group, —NH—CO—C═CRR′ wherein R and R′ are each independently hydrogen, or a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C20 alkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C2 to C20 alkynyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C20 cycloalkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C20 cycloalkenyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C20 cycloalkynyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl group,
• at least one of R2, R4, R6, R8, R10, R12, R14, R16, R18, R20, and R22 is a (meth)acrylate group, —O—COR wherein R is hydrogen, or a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl group, —NH—COR′ wherein R′ is hydrogen, or a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl group, or —NH—CO—C═CRR′ wherein R and R′ are each independently hydrogen, or a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl group,
• n1, n2, n3, n5, n7, n8, n9, n10, n11, n13, and n14 are each an integer ranging from 0 to 10, and
• n4, n6, n12, and n15 are each an integer ranging from 0 to 4.
