Abstract
A linear actuator (1) includes an actuator mechanism (10), a telescopic mechanism (20) and a quick release mechanism (3030a). The quick release mechanism (3030a) includes a transferring set (3131a) connected with the telescopic tube (20), a supporting set (3232a) and a braking worm gear (3333a) sleeved on the transferring set (3131a), a braking worm shaft (3131a) connected with the supporting set (3232a) and optionally braked the braking worm gear (3333a). An elastical pressing assembly (3535a) presses elastically on the worm shaft (3434a), and the elastical pressing assembly exerted by an external force can adjust the pressing force pressed on the braking worm shaft (3434a).
Claims33
A linear actuator (1), comprising:
- an actuator mechanism (10) including a motor (11) and a lead screw (12) driven by the motor (11);
- a telescopic mechanism (20) including a screw nut (21) sheathed axially on the lead screw (12) and a telescopic tube (22) inserted in the screw nut (21);
- and
- a quick release mechanism (30, 30a) disposed at an outer end of the telescopic tube (22), comprising;
- a transferring set (31, 31a) connected with the telescopic tube (22), and the transferring set (31, 31a) having a column (311) at a lateral side;
- a supporting set (3232a) sleeved on the column (311), and the supporting set (3232a) having a pair of lugs (321);
- a braking worm gear (3333a) disposed axially on the transferring set (31,31a);
- a braking worm shaft (34, 34a) disposed between the pair of lugs (321) and optionally braking the braking worm gear (3333a);
- and
- an elastical pressing assembly (3535a) pressing elastically on the worm shaft (3434a), and the elastical pressing assembly (3535a) adjusting a pressing force by an external force;
- wherein, the restraining force between braking worm gear (3333a) and the braked worm shaft (3434a) being determined by the strength of the pressing force, and the retraction speed of the telescopic tube (22) being adjusted through the restraining force between the braking worm gear (3333a) and the braking worm shaft (3434a).
A speed adjustable quick release mechanism (30, 30a) of a linear actuator, the linear actuator including an actuator mechanism (10), a telescopic mechanism (20) driven by the actuator mechanism (10) and a telescopic mechanism (20), and the quick release mechanism (30, 30a) disposed at an outer end of the telescopic mechanism (20), the mechanism (30, 30a) including:
- a transferring set (31, 31a) connected with the telescopic mechanism (20), and the transferring set (31, 31a) having a column (311) at a lateral side;
- a supporting set (3232a) sleeved on the column (311), and the supporting set having a pair of lugs (321);
- a braking worm gear (3333a) disposed axially on the transferring set (31,31a);
- a braking worm shaft (3434a) disposed between the pair of lugs (321) and optionally braked the braking worm gear (3333a);
- and
- an elastical pressing assembly (3535a) pressing elastically on the worm shaft (3434a), and the elastical pressing assembly (3535a) adjusting a pressing force by an external force;
- wherein, the restraining force between braking worm gear (3333a) and the braked worm shaft (3434a) being determined by the strength of the pressing force, and the retraction speed of the telescopic mechanism (20) being adjusted through the restraining force between the braking worm gear (3333a) and the braking worm shaft (3434a).
