Abstract
The present invention relates generally to the field of molecular biology and regards various polynucleotides, polypeptides and methods that may be employed to enhance yield in transgenic plants. Specifically the transgenic plants may exhibit increased yield, increased biomass or increased photoassimilation.
Claims21
An expression cassette comprising at least three polynucleotides selected from the group consisting of a polynucleotide encoding a phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase, a polynucleotide encoding a fructose-1,6-bisphosphate phosphatase, a polynucleotide encoding a NADP-malate dehydrogenase, a polynucleotide encoding a phosphoribulokinase, and a polynucleotide encoding a pyruvate orthophosphate dikinase.
