Abstract
System, apparatuses, and methods can provide customized exercise sessions and customized videos corresponding to the exercise session. Exercise components that are available to a user for an exercise category can be determined based on a user rank in the category and a rank of the components in the category. Certain available components can be selected to include in a customized session.

- identifying a plurality of components, each component corresponding to a respective physical exercise and associated with one of a plurality of categories;
- assigning a difficulty rank to each component;
- receiving user feedback from the user about physical activity;
- for each of the plurality of categories:
- determining, by a computer system, a category user rank for the user based on the user feedback;
- and
- identifying, by the computer system, a respective set of components having a difficulty rank within a specified range of the category user rank as being available to determine an exercise session;
- using the identified sets of components to create an exercise session composed of a plurality of available components;
- and
- providing the exercise session to the user.
A computer product comprising a non-transitory computer readable medium storing a plurality of instructions that when executed control a computer system to customize an exercise session for a user, the instructions comprising:
- identifying a plurality of components, each component corresponding to a respective physical exercise and associated with one of a plurality of categories;
- assigning a difficulty rank to each component;
- receiving user feedback from the user about physical activity;
- for each of the plurality of categories:
- determining a category user rank for the user based on the user feedback;
- and
