Creation and use of mobile identities

An electronic device-readable storage medium storing instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to:

• receive personal information about a subscriber;
• organize the information into a hierarchy comprising a first tier of personal information and a second tier of personal information;
• providing the first tier of personal information to a requestor;
• receiving a request from the requestor to access the second tier of personal information;
• retrieving an electronic identity or an electronic identity verification score from the requestor;
• evaluating the electronic identity or electronic identity verification score to determine whether to provide the second tier of personal information to the requestor.

A system comprising:

• a storage device for storing an electronic identity file associated with a subscriber, and
• a processor programmed with instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to:
• retrieve personal information about the subscriber;
• retrieve authorized device information associated with one or more of the subscriber's mobile devices;
• retrieve account information associated with one or more transaction accounts of the subscriber;
• retrieve geographical information pertaining to the subscriber;
• retrieve chronology information pertaining to the subscriber;
• and
• assemble the personal information, the authorized device information, the account information, the geographical information, and the chronology information into the electronic identity file.
