Automated vehicle loan payment reminders

A method, comprising:

• receiving, by a loan credit server from a loan provider, indications of vehicles and associated occupants to receive payment reminders;
• sending the payment reminders to the vehicles according to the indications of vehicles and associated occupants;
• and
• receiving confirmation from the vehicles of successful delivery of the payment reminders to the associated occupants of the vehicles.

A computing device storing a payment reminder application, the payment reminder application being executable by a processor of the computing device to provide operations comprising:

• receiving a payment reminder requesting at least one of contact with a lender of a vehicle loan and payment of the vehicle loan, the vehicle loan being associated with a registered combination of a vehicle identification number of a vehicle and an occupant identifier indicative of an occupant of the vehicle;
• verifying appropriate vehicle occupants are available to receive the payment reminder;
• and
• delivering the received payment reminder to the appropriate vehicle occupants at an appropriate time for occupant safety and privacy.
