Electronic offer management system and method therefor

One or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing instructions which, when executed by one or more computing devices, cause:

• maintaining a centralized server system that is coupled, via one or more network connections, to at least a plurality of different retailers;
• maintaining, at the centralized server system, one or more databases of customer records describing customers, the customer records being associated with customer identifications;
• receiving, at the centralized server system, from the plurality of different retailers, transaction logs comprising transaction details from particular transactions at point-of-sales operated by the plurality of retailers, wherein the transaction details include at least particular customer identifications, of the customer identifications, and information about specific products purchased in each transaction of the particular transactions;
• receiving, at the centralized server system, from a plurality of different offer distributors, offer data describing a plurality of offers available for use in transactions at the point-of-sales operated by the plurality of retailers, the plurality of offers including dynamically targeted offers that are targeted to specific customers of the customers based on the transaction details and the customer records;
• the centralized server system routing the offer data to the plurality of different retailers.
