Abstract
The present disclosure proposes systems and methods to create an integrated centralized database that aggregates repair material and labor cost data by geographic area in real time and provides a repair cost estimating platform based on data collected from various data sources including directly from roofing contractors who have recently performed repairs.

A computer-implemented method comprising:
- receiving, by a configured computing system, data containing a plurality of items from a plurality of different pricing data feeds, each of the data feeds containing items that have at least an item description, a item price, and an item geographic area;
- determining, by the configured computing system, one or more weights for the plurality of pricing data feeds, the weight of each data feed being between 0 and 1 inclusive, and the sum of all of the weights for all data feeds being equal to one;
- applying, by the configured computing system, the determined weights to the respective prices in each of the plurality of pricing data feeds to determine a weighted price associated with item;
- and
- outputting, by the configured computing system, at least the item description, the weighted price, and the geographic area to an integrated pricing database.

- receiving, by a configured computing system, a plurality of pricing data for each of a plurality of items, the pricing data based in part on actual purchases of each respective item and the pricing data including at least an item description, price, and geographic area at which the item was purchased by a third party;
- aggregating, by the configured computing system, the pricing data for the plurality of items;
- storing, by the configured computing system, the aggregated pricing data in a pricing database;
- receiving, by the configured computing system, a request from a user;
- and
- providing, by the configured computing system, a cost estimate from the pricing database in response to the request from a user, the cost estimate including at least a list of items and total estimated price.

- receiving, by a configured computing system, a plurality of pricing data for each of one or more items, the pricing data based in part on actual purchases of each respective item and the pricing data including at least an item, price, and geographic area;
- aggregating, by the configured computing system, the pricing data;

- receiving, by the configured computing system, a request for pricing data for one or more items;
- outputting, by the configured computing system, expected pricing data from the pricing database for the one or more items.
