Abstract
Implementations described and claimed herein provide systems and methods for managing one or more patients using non-linear analytics to monitor, respond to, and report patient conditions and/or to develop and optimize interventions or treatments. In one implementation, a clinical management strategy is generated based on cardiovascular function status of one or more patients. Clinical intelligence that is generated based on structured and unstructured data according to an operational mode is received, and the clinical management strategy is optimized based on the clinical intelligence.
Claims33
A method comprising:
- generating a clinical management strategy based on cardiovascular function status of one or more patients;
- receiving clinical intelligence generated based on structured and unstructured data according to an operational mode;
- and
- optimizing the clinical management strategy based on the clinical intelligence using a processor.
One or more tangible computer-readable storage media storing computer-executable instructions for performing a computer process on a computing system, the computer process comprising:
- generating a clinical management strategy based on cardiovascular function status of one or more patients;
- receiving clinical intelligence generated based on structured and unstructured data according to an operational mode;
- and
- optimizing the clinical management strategy based on the clinical intelligence.
A method comprising:
- receiving a query relating to clinical patient management;
- identifying a subset of structured and unstructured data from one or more storage cluster locations based on a set of connections between one or more relevancy values assigned to the structured and unstructured data, the set of connections corresponding to the query;
- and
- generating clinical intelligence responsive to the query using a processor, the clinical intelligence generated based on the subset of structured and unstructured data.
One or more tangible computer-readable storage media storing computer-executable instructions for performing a computer process on a computing system, the computer process comprising:
- receiving a query relating to clinical patient management;
- identifying a subset of structured and unstructured data from one or more storage cluster locations based on a set of connections between one or more relevancy values assigned to the structured and unstructured data, the set of connections corresponding to the query;
- and
- generating clinical intelligence responsive to the query based on the subset of structured and unstructured data.
A method comprising:
- receiving structured and unstructured data corresponding to one or more patients;
- assigning one or more relevancy values to the structured and unstructured data using a processor, the relevancy values identifying information contained in the structured and unstructured data;
- and
- storing the structured and unstructured data based on the assigned relevancy values in one or more storage cluster locations.
One or more tangible computer-readable storage media storing computer-executable instructions for performing a computer process on a computing system, the computer process comprising:
- receiving structured and unstructured data corresponding to one or more patients;
- assigning one or more relevancy values to the structured and unstructured data, the relevancy values identifying information contained in the structured and unstructured data;
- and
- storing the structured and unstructured data based on the assigned relevancy values in one or more storage cluster locations.
A method comprising:
- generating a clinical management strategy based on a clinical parameter status of one or more patients;
- receiving clinical intelligence generated based on structured and unstructured data according to an operational mode;
- and
- optimizing the clinical management strategy based on the clinical intelligence using a processor.
