An absorbent article comprising a visual fullness indicating system, the visual fullness indicating system comprising:
- a primary visual fullness indicator;
- a plurality of discrete secondary visual wetness indicators disposed along a pathway;
- wherein each secondary visual wetness indicator has an overall shape that is substantially elongated and substantially rectangular, with each of the secondary visual wetness indicators having a substantially uniform width along the entire overall indicator length.
